Sushi Airways serves a wide variety of delicious Japanese cuisine at extremely affordable prices. At $15 for a whole set that includes dessert, it is definitely value for money. The head chef, (inserts name), previously from Mezzanine and is extremely skilled in Japanese cuisine, wants to offer everyone a chance to have a taste of premuim ingredients at an affordable price. It also had octopus, which were in season and the crispy salmon skin adds an extra crunch. Like the chirashi I had, it contained aburi salmon milt that adds a creamy and decadent flavour. ![]() They get their ingredients from Hokkaido and Shinjuku at a minimum of four times a week and add in premium items into their chirashi according to what is in season.
